Launch of Subsidiary Divisions
Foxglove Investments has completed the purchase of a 22 apartment development on the East Yorkshire coast to mark the debut of the ‘East Coast Living’ division.
The 22 apartment development comprises of 3 luxury penthouse suites as well as 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The scheme benefits from level access living and on site parking. All apartments are completed to a high specification including being fully tiles throughout with underfloor heating systems.
The acquisition marks the launch of the Group new ‘East Coast Living’ division which is focused on bringing forwards luxury coastal lifestyle developments.
Foxglove Investments has secured reserve matters for the 10 home development in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire.
The development will comprise of 10 family homes benefiting from private gardens and driveways.
Construction work will commence in the second half of 2017.
