A development of 10 homes, which will be delivered in 2017, having obtained full planning in late 2016. This is an exciting scheme located in a vibrant neighbourhood, directly adjacent to playing fields and within 1 mile of the M62 for easy access to Leeds and Manchester.

Royal Oak House, Beverley

We acquired this former public house in 2016 unconditional and obtained planning to deliver a bespoke 4 bed detached residential dwelling, garage, outbuilding and extensive grounds in a highly sought after location.

Foxglove Investments recently acquired a former public house from my client on an unconditional basis. The team moved at pace to secure the deal and completed the legal process within a short period. I found them straight forward to deal with and they did exactly what they said they would. We look forward to doing more deals together in the future.
