Foxglove Investments has completed the purchase of a 22 apartment development on the East Yorkshire coast to mark the debut of the ‘East Coast Living’ division.
The 22 apartment development comprises of 3 luxury penthouse suites as well as 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The scheme benefits from level access living and on site parking. All apartments are completed to a high specification including being fully tiles throughout with underfloor heating systems.
The acquisition marks the launch of the Group new ‘East Coast Living’ division which is focused on bringing forwards luxury coastal lifestyle developments.
Foxglove Investments has secured reserve matters for the 10 home development in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire.
The development will comprise of 10 family homes benefiting from private gardens and driveways.
Construction work will commence in the second half of 2017.
Foxglove Developments has successfully obtained planning for the conversion of the former Royal Oak public house for conversion to residential use with extension.
Restoration and conversion of the property will begin in early 2017.
To support the expansion of the business we have acquired a new head office premises in the historic market town of Beverley, East Yorkshire. The team will take occupation of the new office in February.
We have acquired a multi-let retail parade investment anchored by Tesco One Stop and Dominoes in West Derby, Liverpool.

Foxglove Developments have submitted a reserve maters application for a proposed development of 10 residential homes. We hope to obtain full planning in early 2017 to allow the commencement of this exiting scheme.

The team will focus on reletting the vacant space and making improvements to the quality of the retail offer.
Foxglove Developments have acquired the former Royal Oak public house in Beverley from Enterprise Inns.
This historic property on the edge of the Beverley Westwood and within the Grosvenor Place Conservation Area is intended for a conversion to residential use to provide a bespoke high end family home.
